Installation Instructions

Although Tank Liners Australia by Raven Tanks Australia offers full installation services for all new steel liner tanks, some preparations are still required by the owner or site manager.

Here is what we need to be done before the installation day:

The tank must be placed on a level and stable base, such as a sand or concrete foundation that meets our minimum thickness requirements. Please contact us after placing your order to confirm the base specifications.
Please make sure that there is enough space for our vehicles and equipment to access the installation site.
We recommend that someone be on-site before we start the installation to confirm where exactly the new tank should be placed.
Please make sure that you have enough water available to fill the tank when we are finished installing it. You will need approximately 20% of the tank's total capacity.
